Shakes and Fidget is a RPG browser game set in a fantasy world. At the very beginning, we make our character by choosing between nine races: the Humans, the Elves, the Dwarfs, the Gnomes, the Orcs, the Dark Elves, the Goblins and the Demons and then, between three classes: the Warrior, the Mage and the Hunter. Our main quest is to build our character by resolving the missions we’ve received or by fighting other players in the arena. In the tavern, we’ll receive new quests from which we’ll obtain gold, experience points and sometimes, items that could reveal themselves powerful and useful. The game is very funny – we can see it even though the character creation. The creators have provided us some hilarious class descriptions, so we can see they’ve focused on a game with a dope of humor. The graphics are quite colorful and well drawn and that why it’s easy on the eye, even if it’s just a browser game. In Shakes and Fidget, we can pass our time agreeably, as the game is very absorbing and gives us lots of funny missions. Conquer this incredible and extended world today!
Once you start with quests, make sure to always select the quest with the highest XP/time ratio. This is the fastest way to progress. Before level ten, you also save up 25 gold, that is how much the scrapbook later costs in the magic shop
The characters… well, not bad, but none of them are "well-developed", professionally written individualities. Just like in the first two games we control five characters here, but this time I wasn't so sure who plays the main role. I mean the last two times all the five characters felt relevant and the story was build around them pretty good, but here... The chemistry between the characters didn’t work for me at all, and while both Man of Medan and Little Hope had enough time to create tension, we’re almost right into the middle of things here. The voice actors did a really good job, the sound effects were good too, and the visuals completely impressed me. In terms of visual I liked this one the best, especially the environment. The underground cave system with ancient structures inside...a little bit felt like a Mummy remake. As I said before I was really skeptical with the this setting, but I have to admit it worked (more or less). The story goes deeper when we discover traces of an expedition from the late 1940s and find out what they came across. The mystery with its ancient Mesopotamian curses and horrible creatures is interesting enough to keep you inside. Unfortunately, looking at its other aspects, the House of Ashes is far from being so outstanding.
to be fair I don't like this game at starting it was pretty good but now it's too boring
