It is a scam and if you write a review in Trustpilot. They reply that if you have any issues to contact them, but they don't have a way to contact them and if you try to open a ticket the conversation with the robot always ends in "whatever you are doing you are doing it wrong", and you won't have any chance to contact anyone.

yes, it is a scam. I completed two quests and they just reply to your screenshots with a "quest not completed" and reject to give you the rewards

Waste of time, don't play. They won't give you the SG. I registered to the game through Google email, raised headquarters to level 4 and sent an image with the headquarters at level 4, the linked account with my Google account and the gamer ID with my username.
The quest was rejected, the reason: "I haven't completed the quest"
This is the second time it happened to me, gamehag is a scam, they will give you the rewards when it is 100, but if they offer more, they won't let you get your SG.
There is also no way to write support, it is just a neverending look of the chat with the bot and ended every time in stupid replies.

I reached the first mission level 5 in just some hours using speeds. I had never played this game before but played similar games and I knew what to do. Submitted a screenshot and was rejected. If you play to get some SG, DO NOT.
