1 и самая главная частая причина по которой у вас может не приниматься квест, с ней я столкнулся сам. Нужно выполнять квесты с НОВОГО АККАУНТА и что ещё важно, создать его нужно не просто на сайте Gaijin, а, внимание нажав на кнопку ИГРАТЬ БЕСПЛАТНО около окошка принятия квеста, иначе квест не приймут.
2 возможная причина: неправильный скриншот. Для выполнение первых квестов нужно в ангаре, около кнопки В БОЙ нажать слева на свой никнейм, там высветиться вся ваша статистика и достижения.
3 возможная причина: Скриншот должен быть сделан с вашего компьютера и должен находится (желательно) в корневых папках скриншотов, будь то папка стима или папка самого компьютера.
