Jedyne rozwiązanie to pisać do supportu. Zazwyczaj to zaliczą jeśli jest dobrze zrobione. A jeśli support nie pomoże- cóż, niestety nic nie zrobisz. Zakładasz zupełnie nowe konto albo odpuszczasz. Też niestety miałem takie sytuacje w innych grach i w pewnym momencie nic już się nie poradzi. Miałem jeszcze tak że za drugim razem też nie chcieli mi kolejnego nowego konta zaliczyć, to wtedy wysłałem im maile aktywacyjne z datami rejestracji w grze, to pomogło.
jak zrobiłeś wszystko dobrze to pisz do supportu, czasem odrzucają poprawne screeny. a jeśli źle to czemu konkretnie nikt Ci nie powie jak nie dasz żadnych informacji, wróżki nie jesteśmy
