Tranquilo amigo, tal vez sea por haber tomado mal la captura, recientemen a un amigo mio le paso lo mismo, y decia que iba a reclamar con un ticket, pero lo intento una ultima vez y se lo aceptaron.
Me dijo que es recomendable tomar la captura exacto al nivel que te piden, y tiene que mostrar al personaje y su nivel (al momento de seleccionar a un personaje para entrar a un server, ante de darle a Game Start)
Bueno, yo le tome captura de pantalla al seleccionar personaje, solo espero que eso cuente para que se registre la tarea
