Well... I guess this thread will be deleted and I am risking with writing here, but I'll try.
First, 380 games is not that much, especually if there are lots of free or cheap or discounted games. Second, I can understand you being undstisfied and frustrated, but it's not even a cause for such an oddending behaviour here, even if you think someone provokes you. Third, Gamehag is a about business things initially, not just about games and benefiting people for certain actions, so there's nothing unusual. Either you help changing the situation, or you simply leave. All the best wishes :)
