Also waiting, am a new user (never played this game before or any IGG games for that matter), reached lvl 14 castle yesterday, so where does my reward stay Gamehag?
Even after a creating a new account and verifying it, my task 1 got rejected 2 times after that, contacted Misty and finally got my reward for it, what a drag to complete this. No more crossout or warthunder for me, too much trouble to get the reward you're supposed to be gettting easy.
Well I finally found out why my task got rejected, apparently I needed to register the game with a new account, I used my warthunder one.
Strangely instead of them telling me "It seems like you haven't registered a new account in the game",
I got "Make sure you did everything right, and upload a new screenshot" every time.
So I never would have guessed this one, luckily someone at support helped me out by telling me this.
Apparently both Crossout and War Thunder tasks get rejected a lot while the task was performed correctly.
I had this also with War Thunder and now Crossout and it takes over 24 hours before it gets rejected, other games get accepted within hours. I wonder if this is happening on purpose, since the ammount of people getting rejected in these games seems high.
