Me han caido dos duplicadas en cofres semanales y ahora una no válida en una tarjeta de 2€ de Steam Wallet.
Hace un par de semanas, el código que me enviaron para canjear a partir de un premio de un cofre semanal me aparecía que estaba canjeada por otra cuenta. Esta semana, me tocó otro juego de Steam y tuve el mismo problema, hasta aquí no hay mucho problema, son juegos indie que no tienen mucho interés, pero aun así me molesta. El problema es que he ido a canjear mis runas por una tarjeta regalo de 2 Euros de Steam y ahora me aparece como una clave de producto no válida. Lo malo es que no hay manera de contactar con el soporte. ¿Alguna solución?
Ayer pedí una tarjeta de 5 EUR de Amazon y me han devuelto las gemas. Es raro, si.
He visto que hay dos opciones para canjear bajo el epígrafe Amazon, una que es Gift Certificate (actualmente no disponible) y otra que es Rewards. El Gift Certificate es un cheque regalo, pero no tengo ni idea de qué es lo de Rewards. ¿Es lo mismo con distinto nombre?

Ya me puse en contacto con ellos. Como lo canjeó por una skin de CS se aplicó en su cuenta de Steam directamente y no pueden anularlo. Lo unico que me dicen es que ponga otra contraseña y que no la comparta (algo que ya hice tras el hackeo). Por eso pido lo del 2FA.
Anteayer alguien accedió a mi cuenta, me vendió todas las runas y canjeó todas mis gemas que estaba guardando para canjearla por un cheque de Amazon. No quiero que vuelva a suceder, así que pido desde aquí que pongan un sistema de doble autenticación para la página. ¿Alguien más se suma a la petición?
