While the instructions say screenshot with any hero of the required level, this creates a problem: do you send a picture with any hero of that level, knowing it does NOT show your nickname to verify it matches your account here... or you screenshot the main screen which has your nickname and team level but NOT the "any hero"?
I went with the latter and was accepted the first time. I think showing the link to this account is more important and the team level sufficed as any hero level. That said, make sure the team level meets the "any hero" requirement.
Some of these one-size-fits-all instructions are technically impossible to do as requested. Use your best judgement, but know it has to have your nickname clearly in most casses. If only we could upload multiple screenshots at once...
One last thing: If your image is not going through with an error that says refresh and try again, it's likely your image is too big. Conver to a 2 mb jpeg, reducing quality not via cropping etc.
