You need to earn 100SG per month to open every monthly chest.

Even if it was 1000 Im pretty sure I earned it
If you didn't earn the correct amount you can't collect it and you have it the hit the check button on the chest
I am aware of that, Jdogbites. This is not the first time I have collected the chest. It was taken away from me unfairly.
I don't understand. It just switched to the next months chest without letting me collect.
It was always all green checkmarked so idk. I'm getting sick and tired of this site so I already cashed out anyways. Gamekit is better they just take a little longer.
Just sick and tired of getting screwed out of my free chests. The weekly one never works either.
I get screwed out of quests too, some of them I've downloaded and installed and made new accounts several times and still I get rejected, it sucks. I have never ever had that problem at Gamekit.

Many tasks are based on your IP address, so if you already done it once, even on another site, you can't do it here too. Gamehag has nothing to do with you not getting paid, its the app/programs reporting you already done it before.

I did Phaldon. It never gives me my weekly chest either. I've gotten it once.

You need to get 1000 soul gemstones for your chest every month. Every time you get a gemstone for your chest every week, it takes a week or seven days to get it.

I check every single day to earn that thing and then it just disappears the moment its supposed to be ready. This isn't one of the chests that you need to earn gems to unlock.
