Misty says you can gain experience by completing quests and surveys. Back then you could get experience by leaving comments on forums but now I'm not sure. I've been inactive for a year so I don't really know that much.

The site doesn't directly tell us what we can earn xp from other than doing missions. I randomly got more xp with no explanation and I would love to hit level 3 soon so I can cash out.
