tasks dont work if you have the acc beforehand , my last 2 tasks where accepted and they say "you need to get the reward and use it in game"

Happens to me all the time, this is getting frustrating. I have 25 wins and 200 golden eagles, and it doesn't reward me, it just says get reward and use it in game.

So , i have 20 wins and 240 eagles , i make a screenshot , i send it and it gets denied , i try again and it gets denied Do i have to have exactly 150 eagles or just 150 or higher I heard you have to purchase the eagles from somewhere , is that true or just a rumour? Is there like an OCR reading the eagle count and seeing a number that isnt 150 and automatically dening it? do i have to go thought manual review somehow? any help?
