about gamehag

Gamehag ia scam guys.i ordered €5 and they rejected my prize then banned my account. Somehow i can still access to my account through mobile app.(maybe they can't ban me here).when i contacted them, they said i cheated to earn gems.how can i cheat? I saw same case ago but didn't believed. Now i believe it because it happened to me.

I will take back my word if they at least refund my soul gems.

Now they are saying they have reported my problem. Let's see what they do.i loved gamehag.and was not expecting this
