Propably because of "Disgraceful Behavior" and also if you made a thread and it got deleted, your exp will be decreased. Just be patient and do not spam and try to login everyday.

And.. gamehag reduced my xp once again for no reason

I've also just decreased a level. Not sure what I've done to warrant this. :(
