Reporting some users for copy-pasting other users' comments. I think their level maybe prevents them from having their comments flagged and I think it's actually more likely that the original commenter will get theirs flagged if someone isn't looking out for the dates. I've gathered some screenshots of comments from these users with the originals, note the dates.

Making 3 separate reports since all three accounts are engaging in the same copy-paste behaviour, but I believe this person is changing their usernames and appears to have made a new account recently, and is continuing the same behaviour I previously reported them for!
