open crossout and click on your profile, click "medals" and then "missions"
if you look around a bit you can find "winner" badge and it tells you the number of your wins and how much left u need to get the badge, to send the first task you send in a screenshot of your badge 15/--
and then if it doesnt get accepted, go to misty and click these options

-technical problem
-other
and then you get to chat with a staff member you should ask
"why was my crossout screenshot rejected"
if a staff member replies, he will accept your screenshot, if he/she didnt, he will tell you what you did wrong, i hope this gave you a better look at how this works, and please do not spam screenshots every time your screenshot got rejected
