I've no idea what could have happened here. I reccomended you ask the support team straight away. I mean idk what else you can do. If the mod didn't gave you the answer that you needed.

Its broken for me. I get videos sometimes but usually nothing happeneds. I click the ad button but the video doesn't play. I asked the mod about it and he/she told me to wait and try again later. He/she also said that it normally works for them. I don't know what to do. Please help. My next step is to ask the support team.
