The "Top" of players should be by continents since you more than all know that in Latin America they give fewer gems per task performed than in Europe or another continent. Today I finished a 30 day task, however they only gave me 1000 gems compared to others that are at the top with 8000 to 15000 gems that surely do the same tasks as me only they get paid more, that is unfair :(
