What's the most effective and efficient way to get exp without spamming or getting your exp taken away without reasoning?

I mean you can download a Herobrine mod and summon him that way but Herobrine isn't implemented in vanilla Minecraft at the moment

Thank you for the information, though I probably would rather stick to Java since there's more customization options and it's hard to create Resource and Behavior packs and fully implement them into the game.
