Quiero comprar un juego con gemas del alma pero en tiempo de envío me pone 31 dias. Significa eso que desde que lo canjeo hasta que me dan el código pasan 31 dias?
Si pero no hay una manera de ser normal otra vez? Porque si no tengo que estar entrando todas las semanas a hacer tareas para que no me baje a rana y a veces no tengo tiempo.
Antes era una rana y cuando hice una misión se me puso el escudo mágico ese de 7 dias, pero cuando se me acabo el tiempo del escudo volví a ser rana. Como puedo volver a ser normal? Gracias.

Entonces contacté con el soporte de gamehag y les pasé las pruebas y me dieron otra clave, y ahora que he introducido el nuevo código resulta que YA HA SIDO UTILIZADO OTRA VEZ. No se que se han fumao pero no quiero volver a tener que contactar con ellos porque pareceré un pesado y alomejor se piensan que estoy intentando aprovecharme de ellos. Que hago?
