Esa tarea no funciona bien. A mi me pasa igual, no se completa. Las tropas de nivel 2 se desbloquean con el ayuntamiento en nivel 8, así que si no se convalida cuando lo tenemos ya en el 17, es que no funciona, porque las gemas al llegar al 17 me las dieron al instante.
A mi me pasa igual. Ademas es que nadie llega a nivel 17 sin desbloquear antes las tropas de nivel 2, a no ser que te limites a subir el ayuntamiento y ya. Asi que es bien complicado que alguien consiga ese logro despues del primero.
La china creo que te da un 5% de construcción más rápida, así que yo elegí esa, porque el objetivo va de eso.
Subir al nivel 8 es facilísimo, no has hecho más que empezar.
