So i get $25 OBUCKS as a reward but when i try to redeem it, the system told me that "It is currently not possible to check your balance. Please try again later." But I been trying it all days and still can't, any help that I can get or I just get scammed? I am just so done with this website no help no support and Misty is not even a thing now we all know that...

I mean no contract, no task, no tv zone, there are literally no way to earn soul gem, so is this site is dead? we can't contact anyone for any help too...by the way I am from Malaysia, whenever I click on survey or contract it just send me to a page that said "I am putting maintenance spells, soon everything will be back to normal", so if you are from another country and everything else work fine then good for you then, for me I am leaving already...Goodbye
